Sno-Go Rental
A Sno-Go ski bike is a brand new way for anyone to enjoy the winter ski slopes with no prior experience! The Sno-Go is a bike-like device with three skis, a chairlift loading hook, and an extremely easy learning curve for gliding down the ski slopes. Most people master the basics of the Sno-Go in under an hour and are able to join their friends who ski or snowboard as they venture about the entire mountain.
In order to rent a Sno-Go, you must first take a Sno-Go Mountain Tour.

Important Information
- All guests entering the rental shop to pick up gear are required to have their purchase completed and the confirmation email pulled up.
- Equipment is due back by 4:30 pm. A $10 late fee applies.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the process to pick up my rentals?
- If you have purchased your lift tickets and rentals online, there’s no need to visit the ticket windows upon arrival. Please proceed directly to our rental shop, which is located on the south side of Hart Prairie Lodge near the drop-off roundabout, where our team will check you in.
- Once checked in, you will pick up your boots and helmets to try on. Once all of your gear is fitting properly, proceed to the boot checkout to continue the process of picking up your skis or snowboard. Our rental team is available for questions at any time to help you have a successful start to your day!

What is included in my rental purchase?
- We offer a variety of equipment for rent! Please pay attention to the descriptions during your purchase process to ensure you receive all of the items you need.
- Ski and snowboard rental packages include boots, bindings, and skis or a snowboard.
- Skis & poles-only packages do not include ski boots.
- Snowboard boot rentals do not include a snowboard.
- Helmets, damage coverage, and upgrades to demo equipment can be added on separately.
- Arizona Snowbowl does not rent apparel or accessories such as pants, jackets, goggles, beanies, or face wear.
- Under no circumstances does Arizona Snowbowl rent only ski boots to be used with personal skis.
Multi-day rentals
- If you have rented equipment for two or more days, you are welcome to keep all of your equipment (skis, snowboards, boots, helmets) overnight. Equipment will be due back by 4:30 PM on the last day of your rental purchase.
- To ensure a smooth rental experience, we recommend that you either take all equipment overnight or return all equipment each day. We kindly ask that you avoid returning skis and snowboards and keeping just your boots overnight.
Can I exchange my ski rental for a snowboard rental?
- Yes! You may exchange your skis for a snowboard or your snowboard for skis. A $10 fee may apply to those who are switching sports.
What time should I arrive?
- Rental process times vary depending on many variables. We recommend arriving with plenty of time to complete the process if you have lessons or are eager to get the first laps of the day.
- Please see our Hours of Operation for “Rentals at Hart Prairie Lodge” to know when the rental shop opens on the day of your visit. Peak arrival times for rental pick up are typically between 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM.
What size equipment is available?
- As a rental shop, we carry a variety of sizes in all of our equipment to best accommodate your needs. Please note that rentals and specific sizes are first come, first serve.
- Equipment sizes range from the following:
- Skis: 80cm – 175cm
- Snowboards: 80cm – 164cm
- Ski boots: children’s 6 – men’s 15.5
- Snowboard boots: children’s 8 – men’s 14.5
- Helmets: 49cm – 67cm
When do I need to return my rentals?
- All equipment must be returned by 4:30 PM. A late fee may apply if rentals are returned after this time.
- Lost equipment is the renter’s responsibility.
Do you have lockers?
- Yes! Lockers are located just outside the Hart Prairie Rental Shop and are able to be rented for the day starting at just $7. There are a variety of sizes from small (fits a couple of pairs of shoes) to jumbo (boots and backpacks).
- Please note that lockers are first come, first serve, and you pay upon arrival in the locker room. Lockers are provided by Best Lockers, a 3rd party company.
